HELLO AND WELCOME!

Thank you for taking the time to get to know me. Hi, my name is Shamica Green, Realtor and Sergeant in the military. Born and raised in Northeastern, Ohio. I like to consider myself a fast learner. Even at a young age, I was offered to accelerate through the 6th grade by testing out of the 5th grade. I also completed my high school career in three years instead of the traditional four years by completing my 10th and 11th grade in the same year. I've always taken interest in things that challenge me to think critically. 

Language for instance, I've never been exposed to American Sign Language (ASL) prior to college, I was determined to learn more. Honestly, ASL was a brutal language to learn. Learning any language, whether spoken or not, after a certain age is far more challenging than doing so while you're young or having the benefit of knowing someone else who uses the language around you. I've mastered how to train my eyes rather than my ears for linguistic perception and comprehension. I've built over a decade of strong relationships working as a fluent sign language interpreter, heavily involved in the community. 

I was dually enrolled at two institutions as a full-time student and graduated earning both degrees. I later joined the military, currently still enlisted serving over 5 years and obtained my real estate license. My military background became a unique asset in my real estate endeavors which helped set me apart from other agents. The discipline, attention to detail, and dedication ingrained in me during my time in the military has proven invaluable in providing the best service to my clients. Balancing military life with my civilian life, I set my sights on a career in real estate, blending my love for helping others with a newfound expertise in property transactions. When I'm not assisting clients, I enjoy exercising, traveling, and spending time with my fur baby, Niko.
